Argh...I deleted it ALL

Captains log...2017-05-15...Well some days start off better than others! When you accidentally have your website and blog deleted on accident I'd say that is a partial day #fail. Whoops.


Oh well, with that I'll begin again. With some golden nuggets about fitness and post pregnancy fitness and some less than flashy details about the nitty gritty of getting results...it takes more than a workout and more than a salad but sometimes these two items are quite handy in the quest.

All the great posts about our Little Black Dress Program, Getting Fit After (and before) Baby, Transformation that is more than Skin Deep...lost into the abyss of the Internet.
